Langkawi is a beautiful island with lovely beaches and an array of good food. The 4days 3nights stay was awesome! Ok, pictures.


The majestic eagle or helang. That is how the island got its name. Langkawi. Geddit?

First stop, island hopping!


The wind was rather strong, so Auni thought "I should take a nap since I can't keep my eyes open." haha


Pulau Dayang Bunting or The Lake of the Pregnant Maiden. As the legend goes, whoever takes a dip in the lake would be blessed with many kids. I only dipped my legs. So does that count? ahaha


Still there.


We were at one of the beaches where there was a monkey who stole my food. And I screamed my ass off! ahahaha. The sand is oh so clean and the water, crystal clear! Auni could even crawl without hurting herself.

The black beach. Very one of a kind!


Hot spring! I got to dip my legs in a bucket and it felt good! I wonder why Sg does not have one.


The telaga tujuh or the Seven Wells. It was damn tiring to climb up the very steep stairs. But the view is magnificient! The waterfall was super duper refreshing!



And we caught crabs. Small ones only lah. haha


We stayed at a resort with the longest swimming pool in Malaysia.


Beautiful sunset.


Cable car ride. And the bridge literally took my breath away. haha

And soon it was home sweet home!
