I have quite a sum to blog today. So please bear. Haha
First and foremost I would like to announce that I've passed my Field Supervision on the veryauspicious day; Friday the 13th! It was supposed to be yesterday but my supervisor's mother-in-law was admitted to the ICU and she texted me way past midnight to cancel it. But I see no link between my supervision and her mother-in-law. Ok, I'm a little mean I think.
But then again, I think it is a blessing in disguise cos my lesson turned out superb! The kids were a lil kepo here and there, interviewing my supervisor but they were still pretty much engrossed in their work. And that is what matters the most. And you know what? I was very surprised when my supervisor said I had very good classroom management skill. Damn! She hasn't seen me screaming at the children before. Ahahahaha. So cool, calm and collected defines me. Hehe
So yes, I should just show you some pictures rite? And uh, my supervisor also said I'm a cute teacher. Hehehehe. So you see, wearing a cute tee sure helps! :p

Tuning In session.

Main Activity in small group while the rest are sent to the learning corners.

Closure!
And my mentor has forgotten to take pictures of the follow up activity. But that's okay!
And now, it is time to finally "expose" my learning corners after about a month and a half of sheer hard work! Take a peek everyone. (:

This is the half done picture. And I have yet to snap the latest look of my farm. But yeah, overall I'm pretty happy with my work and, finally I get to sleep early!
I just have one last thing to share. Believe it or not, teaching is never an easy job. And it would be greatly appreciated if people all around stop criticising, discriminating kindergarten/preschool/childcare teachers. Thank you very much or you might just see me strangling your child one day. Hahaha. Ok, just kidding everyone! Have a good weekend. (: (: (:
I'm happy today so that explains the many smiley faces. But something is just missing somewhere. Bleh.
